No personal details such as names or contact details will be quoted or stated in the survey results summary or any of the report findings. The information you provide will be grouped up with those from other survey respondents. 

Where necessary, your responses may be identified at the level of the activity type (play, recreation or sport) that you are responding for or the facility type your response relates to e.g. identified as a response related to basketball and/or a basketball stadium, but not by your individual group name. Quotes from surveys may be used but will not be attributed to an individual or organisation.

Any personal information you provide will be held and protected by Council and partner organisations in accordance with the Privacy Act and relevant Local Government Acts.
