Community feedback evening
Council would like to hear your thoughts for the future of the Baxendale Reserve. A community feedback evening will be held on Wednesday 11 May at Rotorua International Stadium between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

Drop in sessions to view concept plan
Council would like to invite residents from the Baxendale and Erlam Place neighbourhoods to come along to a drop in session to view the concept plan and talk with representatives from the project team.
These drop in sessions will be weather dependent so please keep an eye on the Rotorua Lakes Council Facebook page for any changes.
Dates:
- Saturday 2 September 2023 from 10am-12pm and,
- Sunday 10 September 2023 from 2pm-4pm
- Location: Baxendale Reserve – marked on map on the next page
