Re-Instate the INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT at Rotorua Airport

We had re-located from Australia since October 2015 and enjoying the life-style of Rotorua, being so close to nature, the lakes and the mountains for trekking etc.

With the majority of family members still residing in Australia, we make our annual visit and found travelling to Auckland to fly out & drive back after the journey, is a huge PAIN in the neck.

Could the Rotorua City Council ever consider to re-instate the international route for at least ONCE a week. Is it financial viable at all.

I would welcome any suggestions from local residents of Rotorua.
